EASY RETURNS

Send back any new, unopened Pure Water Power items that don't live up to your expectations. Just complete this form or reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue you an RMA #. After the products reach our warehouse, they are checked out to ensure they are still in new condition. If they pass inspection, we will issue you a full refund for what you sent back. We'll handle the return shipping costs if the issue is our mistake, we want to make it right!

BEGIN YOUR RETURN

After you receive your order and you are unsatisfied with a product, you can initiate the return process by filling out this form or contacting us by phone or email. We'll give you a return authorization number (RMA #) to put on the box and in your return so we know who to give credit to. 

SHIP BACK THE PRODUCT

After you have your RMA # and the items packed up, ship them back within 30 days of delivery for your refund. We'll provide you the return address in your RMA email. If you are unsatisfied with the items, you cover the shipping costs. If it was an error on our part, we're happy to cover the shipping. To get a full refund, ensure products are in their original packaging and are unused. For faster processing, include your contact info and RMA # inside the package.
