  • How Much Does Shipping Cost?

    Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping anywhere in the continental USA. Please note that free shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Florida, NY.

  • When Will My Order Arrive?

    If you place your order before 4:30 pm EST, it will usually be shipped on the same day (excluding weekends and a few holidays). If you miss the deadline, no worries – we'll make sure it's on its way to you by the next business day!

  • Who Is Delivering My Order?

    We typically use UPS or FedEx for shipping, selecting the carrier that ensures the fastest delivery to you. If you have a specific carrier preference, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Tracking Your Order

    As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can follow your equipment right to your door. If you need help in locating your tracking information, or think your order is lost, you can give us a call, we'll be happy to help!

  • Emergency Orders

    Although we ship fast, if you find yourself in emergency need of equipment, give us a call 862-266-0677. We often work with our customers to arrange expedited shipping. Speak with our customer support to confirm you get your equipment as soon as possible.

  • International Shipping

    As of right now, Pure Water Power is only shipping orders to the United States of America. Once interational shipping is available, more information will be posted.
